Hi, this is Milad Naderzad.
This is Milad Naderzad, a 35 years old multipotentialite. I have multiple passions which the main 3 of them are sustainable web development, entrepreneurship and technology enthusiasm. I am happily married to a wonderful wife which is also a multipotentialite with the focus on Graphic design and Chemistry. I studied Software engineering in my Bachelor degree and Artificial Intelligence in my Masters degree. We established our company back in 2019 in the Netherlands and in 2022 we moved to live and work in Germany.
Our passion is creating innovative web solutions for a greener internet. Every day about 4.6 billion people use the Internet. According to a 2018 study, the use of the Internet in 2025 will consume 20% (!) of all generated electricity and the IT industry will then be responsible for 5.5 % of global CO2 emissions. This is why we came up with the idea of "Sustainable web design" to inform the website owners about their digital carbon footprint and moving towards a greener web and internet.
In the year 2022 my wife and I established our German-based company naming "SEMIL GREEN WEB UG (haftungbeskrant)" which is a sustainable web design agency focusing on reducing the CO2 emission of the websites. We have developed and AI-based method to estimate the carbon footprint of websites and help reducing that for a greener web and future.
